Ben jij een verpleegkundige die houdt van afwisseling, dynamiek en een tijdelijke, scherpe focus? Voor een modern ziekenhuis in de regio Halle (Vlaams-Brabant / grens Oost-Vlaanderen) zoeken wij enthousiaste verpleegkundigen voor de specifieke winter-eenheid (D-G).

Tijdens de drukke wintermaanden worden er op deze afdeling voornamelijk patiënten opgevangen met acute respiratoire en internistische aandoeningen. Je komt terecht in een tijdelijk, hecht team waar teamgeest en kwalitatieve patiëntenzorg centraal staan. Omdat het om een tijdelijk project gaat, bieden we flexibele contractopties aan: je kunt kiezen voor een gerichte tijdelijke opdracht van 5 maanden, óf voor een contract van onbepaalde duur waarbij je na deze 5 maanden vlot doorstroomt naar een andere boeiende afdeling binnen het ziekenhuis. Zowel voltijdse als deeltijdse tewerkstelling is bespreekbaar.

  • Je bent in het bezit van een diploma in de verpleegkunde (Bachelor of Gegradueerd/HBO5).
  • Je beschikt over een geldig visum voor verpleegkunde en bent bij voorkeur ook geregistreerd.
  • Ervaring op een dienst interne geneeskunde of pneumologie is een troef, maar ook enthousiaste pas afgestudeerden of verpleegkundigen die van aanpakken weten zijn van harte welkom.
  • Je bent flexibel ingesteld en kunt goed omgaan met de wisselende dynamiek van een winterafdeling.
  • Je bent een echte teamplayer met sterke communicatieve vaardigheden naar patiënten, familie en artsen toe.
  • Je staat in voor de totale, kwalitatieve verpleegkundige zorg en opvolging van de patiënten op de winter-eenheid.
  • Je voert verpleegtechnische handelingen correct en nauwkeurig uit conform de geldende procedures.
  • Je observeert de parameters en de klinische toestand van de patiënt nauwgezet en anticipeert waar nodig.
  • Je coordineert de zorg rondom de patiënt en zorgt voor een sluitende administratie en verpleegkundige verslaggeving.
  • Je bent een warm aanspreekpunt voor de patiënten en hun naasten, en biedt hen de nodige psychosociale ondersteuning.
