Ouderenzorg Glorieux bestaat uit 2 woonzorgcentra, 2 groepen van assistentiewoningen en een dagverzorgingscentrum.

Het is de opdracht van Ouderenzorg Glorieux om kwalitatief hoogstaande zorgen te verstrekken aan ouderen door enerzijds de nodige deskundigheid aan de dag te leggen, maar vooral ook door onze bewoners een warm hart toe te dragen.

Ouderenzorg Glorieux draagt ook zorg voor haar medewerkers. We zijn transparant in onze verwachtingen en komen onze beloftes na. Eerlijkheid en betrouwbaarheid stellen we voorop. Onze medewerkers krijgen correcte feedback en de mogelijkheid om te leren en te groeien. Deskundige en enthousiaste medewerkers zijn ons kloppend hart!

Om ons team te versterken zijn wij op zoek naar een enthousiaste verpleegkundige met een passie voor ouderenzorg, specifiek voor de weekenddiensten.

  • Je voert verpleegkundige taken en handelingen uit en coördineert verschillende aspecten in de zorg en het verpleegproces.
  • Je maakt deel uit van een dynamisch zorgteam bestaande uit verpleegkundigen, zorgkundigen en paramedici.
  • Je bouwt een waardevolle relatie op met onze bewoners en hun naasten en biedt ondersteuning op verschillende vlakken.
  • Je waakt over het algemeen comfort van de bewoners. Je hebt daarbij oog voor de behoeften van elke bewoner op gebied van gezondheid, zorg, wonen en welzijn.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de opvolging van een aantal administratieve taken.
  • Je bent een belangrijke schakel in de communicatie tussen alle betrokken diensten en partners zoals huisartsen, hoofdverpleegkundige, zorgkundigen…
  • Je levert een actieve bijdrage in de optimalisatie van een kwaliteitsvolle, veilige zorg- en dienstverlening.
  • Je beschikt over het diploma bachelor of gegradueerde in de verpleegkunde.
  • Je hebt een hart voor ouderen.
  • Je ben positief ingesteld, hulpvaardig, leergiering en flexibel.
  • Je bent een goede teamplayer, maar je kan ook autonoom werken.
  • Je hebt een open persoonlijkheid, communiceert vlot maar draagt discretie hoog in het vaandel.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands.
  • Je zoekt specifiek naar een job in het weekend.
