The posting

Zoek je een fijne job als verpleegkundige binnen een kleinschalig woonzorgcentrum (24 bedden), met aandacht voor een goede werk/prive balans.

  • Vroege shift met 4 personen in de zorg, late shift met 2 personen
  • 1 weekend op 4 (gesplitste shiften )
  • vaste vrije recup dag, in overleg te kiezen
  • vast uurrooster met 1 vaste late per week geen nachtshiften

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Opstellen en opvolgen van zorgplannen
  • Toedienen van verpleegkundige zorg en behandelingen
  • Observatie en opvolging van de klinische toestand van bewoners
  • Communiceren met bewoners en hun familie over de zorgverlening
  • Samenwerken met een multidisciplinair team
  • Administratieve opvolging van patiëntendossiers
  • Begeleiden van bewoners bij dagelijkse activiteiten en comfortzorg
  • Communicatie met artsen

Je beschikt over een diploma verpleegkunde en hebt relevante werkervaring in de ouderenzorg.

Je bent communicatief sterk en kan een team enthousiasmeren en motiveren.

Je hebt een groot empathisch vermogen en stelt het welzijn van de bewoners en medewerkers voorop.

Je bent organisatorisch sterk en hebt een proactieve houding.

Je hebt kennis van de huidige wetgeving en kwaliteitsnormen binnen de zorgsector.

Je bent bereid om naast coördinerende taken ook verpleegkundige taken uit te voeren

Je ziet het positieve in bewoners en collega’s en spreekt dit ook graag uit

Je bent hands-on en weet prioriteiten te stellen, soms is een korte babbel belangrijker dan een strak opgemaakt bed

Je draagt respect uit, voor je een kamer binnen gaat klop jij even aan

Ook al is het druk, je weet als geen ander dat een goeiemorgen van essentieel belang is om de dag te starten

In de regio wonen is een groot pluspunt

Ervaring is een mooi meegenomen maar motivatie en enthousiasme is wat we zoeken, je weet precies waarom je deze job wil doen
