Wij verwelkomen kandidaten met diverse verpleegkundige achtergronden:

  • Je bent in het bezit van een diploma Bachelor in de verpleegkunde, HBO5-verpleegkunde of je bent gegradueerd Basisverpleegkundige.
  • Je beschikt over een officieel en geldig visum (verplicht).
  • Je bent bereid om te werken in vroege en late shiften.
  • Je bent een warm en empathisch persoon met een hart voor de ouderenzorg.
  • Je bent communicatief vaardig, werkt graag in teamverband en neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid.

Als verpleegkundige ben je de drijvende kracht achter de zorgverlening op de afdeling:

  • Je voert verpleegtechnische handelingen uit (o.a. wondzorg, inspuitingen en medicatiebeheer) conform jouw bevoegdheden.
  • Je coordineert de dagelijkse zorg en ondersteunt de zorgkundigen in hun taken.
  • Je volgt de gezondheidstoestand van de bewoners nauwgezet op en rapporteert dit correct in het elektronisch zorgdossier.
  • Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor artsen en families, waarbij je streeft naar een transparante communicatie.
  • Je waakt over een veilige, professionele en vooral huiselijke omgeving voor elke bewoner.
