The posting

Als voltijds verpleegkundige in WZC Aurora sta je centraal in het zorgproces. Je combineert verpleegtechnische expertise met warme, persoonsgerichte zorg en bouwt een sterke zorgrelatie op met bewoners en hun naasten. Je bent de schakel tussen bewoner, familie en arts en werkt nauw samen met het zorgteam om continuïteit en kwaliteit te waarborgen.

Je dagelijkse taken bestaan uit:

  • het uitvoeren van verpleegkundige handelingen conform afspraken en richtlijnen;
  • opvolgen van zorgplannen en bewaken van de continuïteit van zorg;
  • het observeren en rapporteren van veranderingen in de gezondheidstoestand;
  • fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor bewoners en hun naasten;
  • het ondersteunen van zorgkundigen en afstemmen binnen het team;
  • opnemen van administratieve taken ter ondersteuning van de zorgkwaliteit.

Als voltijds verpleegkundige draag je bij aan verpleegkundige handelingen, opvolging van zorgplannen, observatie en rapportage en je bewaakt de continuïteit van zorg. Je bent aanspreekpunt voor bewoners en naasten, ondersteunt zorgkundigen en neemt administratieve taken op die de zorgkwaliteit ondersteunen. Daarnaast staan de kwaliteiten betrokkenheid, communicatie en samenwerken centraal. Die heb je nodig omdat je de schakel bent tussen bewoner, familie, arts en team en mee de kwaliteit van zorg bewaakt.

Verder vragen wij:

  • dat je in het bezit bent van een professionele bachelor Verpleegkunde of HBO-Verpleegkunde, inclusief het bijhorende visum;
  • sociaal ingesteld met een luisterend oor;
  • in staat bent om zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband te werken;
  • flexibiliteit en zelfstandigheid;
  • dat je beschikt over een goede kennis van de Nederlandse taal.
