The posting

Wees welkom in WZC De Waterdam. Ons woonzorgcentrum is gelegen in hartje Roeselare. Elke dag creëren onze collega’s hier een warme thuis voor ruim 200 bewoners.

Ter versterking van het team kijken we uit naar een nieuwe verpleegkundige.

Jouw rol als verpleegkundige is hierbij van onschatbare waarde en daarom kan je steeds rekenen op deze 4 W’s:

  • Warme zorg, want dat geeft je échte voldoening op het einde van je dag. We nemen de tijd om te praten, te luisteren en er gewoonweg te zijn voor elkaar.
  • Wandel gerust eens binnen: We verwelkomen graag mensen in een huiselijke omgeving. Om jou ook dat thuisgevoel te kunnen geven, staat onze deur steeds open voor al jouw vragen of problemen.
  • Wens je verder nog iets? Wij gaan voluit voor een persoonlijke en empathische aanpak. Ieder mens is anders, en dat is ook wat jouw job zo mooi maakt.
  • Werksfeer: Jij zorgt voor onze bewoners, dus wij zorgen ook voor jou! Je komt terecht in een hecht team van behulpzame collega’s die steeds te vinden zijn voor een gezellige babbel.

Hoe ziet jouw dag er uit bij ons?

Als verpleegkundige speel je een sleutelrol in het dagelijkse leven van onze bewoners. Jij bent een vertrouwd gezicht, een luisterend oor en een helpende hand.

Langer thuis, zoals thuis... in een open huis vormen het hart van onze werking. Dat betekent dat je meer doet dan het uitvoeren van verpleegtechnische handelingen. Je bouwt een hechte band op met onze bewoners en hun netwerk, brengt warmte in kleine momenten en creëert een plek waar iedereen zich thuis voelt. Kortom: je biedt zorg met hart en ziel, altijd afgestemd op het unieke verhaal van elke bewoner.

Het mooie van je werk? Elke dag is anders. Je weet nooit precies wat er op je pad komt, en dat maakt het juist zo boeiend!

Je werkdag start ten vroegste om 6u15 en eindigt ten laatste om 21u00. Af en toe werk je in een gesplitste shift en in het weekend. Zo voorzie je - samen met je collega’s - dat onze bewoners op het juiste moment de beste zorg krijgen.

Wij zijn een warme groep van in totaal een 70 zorg- en verpleegkundigen, woon-leefbegeleiders en ergotherapeuten die dagelijks samen het verschil maken.
