The posting

Als verpleegkundige ben je verantwoordelijk voor het verlenen van kwalitatieve verpleegkundige zorg en het opvolgen van bewoners doorheen hun verblijf. Je werkt nauw samen met zorgkundigen, artsen, familieleden en andere zorgprofessionals om bewoners de best mogelijke ondersteuning te bieden.

Binnen Dellebron krijg je de kans om bewoners echt te leren kennen. Hierdoor kan je inspelen op hun individuele zorgnoden en verwachtingen. Je bent een belangrijke schakel binnen het multidisciplinair team en draagt actief bij aan een veilige, warme en aangename woonomgeving.

Je staat onder andere in voor:

  • uitvoeren van verpleegkundige handelingen volgens de geldende richtlijnen;
  • opvolgen, evalueren en bijsturen van zorgplannen;
  • observeren en rapporteren van veranderingen in de gezondheidstoestand van bewoners;
  • onderhouden van contacten met bewoners, familieleden, artsen en andere zorgpartners;
  • ondersteunen en begeleiden van zorgkundigen;
  • correct registreren van zorggegevens en administratieve opvolging;
  • bijdragen aan een warme en persoonsgerichte woon- en leefomgeving.

Je bent een verpleegkundige met een warm hart voor ouderen en vindt het belangrijk om medische expertise te combineren met oprechte aandacht voor de mens achter de zorgvraag. Dankzij jouw verantwoordelijkheidszin, empathie en communicatieve vaardigheden bouw je een vertrouwensband op met bewoners, families en collega's.

Verder vragen wij:

  • een diploma Professionele Bachelor Verpleegkunde, HBO5 Verpleegkunde of Basisverpleegkunde;
  • een goede kennis van het Nederlands;
  • verantwoordelijkheidszin en nauwkeurigheid;
  • sterke communicatieve vaardigheden;
  • een positieve en collegiale ingesteldheid;
  • affiniteit met ouderenzorg.
