Voor ons WZC Groenhof zijn wij op zoek naar een verpleegkundige om ons team te versterken.

Groenhof is een nieuw WZC sedert 2018 en baadt in het groen. Er verblijven 92 bewoners, het hele gebouw is gelijkvloers en omgeven door een tuin.

Je komt terecht in een stabiel team van ervaren verpleegkundigen. Als verpleegkundige sta je in voor alle gekende verpleegkundige taken. Je werkt heel nauw samen met alle andere disciplines om de bewoners elke dag kwalitatieve zorgen aan te bieden. In ons WZC verblijven er valide ouderen, maar ook personen met jongdementie, personen met psychogeriatrische achtergrond, personen met een handicap, ...

Een verpleegkundige licht toe hoe haar vroegdienst er vandaag uitzag:

- Overdracht krijgen van de nachtverpleegkundige

- Klaargezette (robot) medicatie controleren

- Toedienen medicatie ochtend aan 46 bewoners

- De nodige wondzorgen, rosidals en dergelijk voor de 46 bewoners

- Overdracht voor de middag, met het hele team samen

- Administratie, observaties noteren in Geracc, dokters opbellen indien nodig

- Toendienen medicatie middag aan 46 bewoners

- Administratie + overdracht verpleegkundige laatdienst

De 92 bewoners zijn opgedeeld in twee afdelingen. Dit wil zeggen dat je als verpleegkundige in de vroeg- of laatdienst steeds een collega hebt waarop je kan terug vallen. De twee hoofdverpleegkundigen zijn elke weekdag aanwezig om bij te sturen indien nodig.

Je beschikt over een A1 of A2 diploma verpleegkundige.

Je hebt een hart voor ouderen, kwalitatieve en professionele zorg zijn voor jou vanzelfsprekend.

Je bent een teamplayer, je vindt elke functie in het WZC even belangrijk.
