Zorg jij graag voor mensen, en wil je ook tijd hebben om écht voor hen te zorgen?

In WZC Hofkouter kiezen we bewust voor kleinschaligheid. Met slechts 20 bewoners kennen we onze bewoners persoonlijk en weten we wat voor hen belangrijk is.

Bij ons ben je geen nummer in een groot team. Je kent je collega's, je bewoners én hun familie. Er is ruimte om te luisteren, initiatief te nemen en samen te zoeken naar de beste zorg.

Daarom zijn we op zoek naar een verpleegkundige met een warm hart voor ouderenzorg die mee wil bouwen aan kwaliteitsvolle en persoonsgerichte zorg.

Wat maakt werken bij ons anders?

In een kleinschalig woonzorgcentrum heb je de mogelijkheid om het verschil te maken.

Je krijgt bij ons:

  • tijd voor je bewoners en niet alleen tijd voor de strikt noodzakelijke zorgtaken;
  • ruimte voor persoonlijk contact, een gesprek of een extra momentje aandacht;
  • een grote mate van autonomie en verantwoordelijkheid;
  • korte communicatielijnen en rechtstreeks contact met de directie en het zorgteam;
  • een omgeving waarin jouw ideeën en initiatieven welkom zijn;
  • een hecht team waarin collega's elkaar ondersteunen;
  • ruimte om je verder te ontwikkelen via opleidingen en bijscholing.

Wie zoeken we?

We zoeken niet alleen iemand met het juiste diploma. We zoeken vooral een verpleegkundige die graag met mensen werkt én trots is op zijn of haar verpleegkundig vak.

Je bent iemand die:

  • beschikt over een diploma verpleegkunde;
  • een oprechte interesse heeft in ouderenzorg en geriatrische problematieken;
  • sterk is in verpleegkundige technieken, of enthousiast is om technieken verder aan te leren en regelmatig te oefenen;
  • graag kwalitatieve en deskundige verpleegkundige zorg biedt;
  • empathisch en communicatief sterk is;
  • zelfstandig kan werken, maar ook graag samenwerkt;
  • initiatief durft nemen en mee nadenkt over hoe de zorg beter kan;
  • flexibel en verantwoordelijk is;
  • respectvol omgaat met bewoners, familieleden en collega's;
  • voldoende Nederlands spreekt en begrijpt.

Ervaring in de ouderenzorg is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste. Ook pas afgestudeerde verpleegkundigen zijn van harte welkom, op voorwaarde dat je gemotiveerd bent om je verpleegkundige vaardigheden verder te ontwikkelen.
