The posting

Als Verpleegkundige ben je verantwoordelijk voor het verlenen van integrale verpleegkundige en psychosociale zorg aan een toegewezen groep bewoners tijdens het weekend. Dit betekent dat je instaat voor specifieke verpleegkundige handelingen en actief bijdraagt aan het behoud, herstel of verbeteren van hun gezondheid en welzijn.

Met jouw werk draag je bij aan de continuïteit en kwaliteit van zorg, ook in het weekend. Je stimuleert de autonomie van bewoners en zorgt ervoor dat zij zich veilig en ondersteund voelen.

Vanuit onze Positive Care filosofie werk je met oprechte aandacht, respect en betrokkenheid. In de praktijk voer je verpleegkundige handelingen uit tijdens de vroege en late shiften in het weekend. Je ondersteunt het team van zorgkundigen en werkt multidisciplinair samen met andere diensten binnen het woonzorgcentrum. Je observeert veranderingen in de gezondheidstoestand van bewoners en zorgt voor een correcte rapportage en overdracht.

Je dagelijkse bezigheden bestaan uit

  • het uitvoeren van specifieke verpleegkundige handelingen;
  • het opvolgen en evalueren van de gezondheidstoestand van bewoners;
  • het ondersteunen en begeleiden van zorgkundigen;
  • het samenwerken met andere disciplines binnen het woonzorgcentrum;
  • het waarborgen van kwaliteitsvolle zorg tijdens vroege en late shiften.

Als Verpleegkundige (weekend) draag je bij aan het verlenen van integrale verpleegkundige zorg aan onze bewoners tijdens het weekend. Samen met je collega’s zorg jij voor continuïteit van zorg, veiligheid en een warme leefomgeving waarin bewoners zich gerespecteerd en ondersteund voelen.

Daarnaast staan de kwaliteiten empathie, verantwoordelijkheidszin en stressbestendigheid binnen jouw functie centraal. Die heb je nodig omdat je zelfstandig verpleegkundige handelingen uitvoert, adequaat moet reageren in zorgsituaties en bewoners en familie op een professionele en zorgzame manier begeleidt.

Verder vragen wij

  • een professionele bachelor Verpleegkunde of HBO5 Verpleegkunde, inclusief geldig visum;
  • bij voorkeur een eerste ervaring binnen een woonzorgcentrum;
  • bereidheid om in weekendshiften te werken;
  • een goede kennis van de Nederlandse taal.
