Welkom bij VZW Zorg en Welzijn, twee woonzorgcentra (Kuurne en Passendale) die hartelijk verbonden zijn om gastvrije zorg te bieden aan ouderen.

Om het team in ons woonzorgcentrum te Kuurne te versterken kijken wij uit naar verantwoordelijke verpleegkundige.

Een greep uit jouw takenpakket:

  • Je ben verantwoordelijk voor medicatiebedeling, wondzorg en verpleegtechnische en hygiënische taken
  • In samenwerking met je collega’s stel je zorgplannen op en voert deze uit
  • Je volgt de fysische, psychosociale en spirituele toestand van onze bewoners en grijpt in waar nodig
  • Je begeleidt artsen, onderhoudt contacten met ziekenhuizen en apotheken, en informeert bewoners, familie en collega’s tijdens multidisciplinaire overleggen
  • Je werkt in een variabel uurrooster (van 6u30 tot 21u) en werkt 1 op 2 weekends

Wij zijn op zoek naar een verpleegkundige "met een goed erte" zoals ze in het West-Vlaams zeggen.

  • Je beschikt over een diploma verpleegkunde
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid, toont initiatief en hebt oog voor veranderingen in de gezondheidstoestand van bewoners
  • Je communiceert helder en respectvol met bewoners, familie, artsen en collega's
  • Je hebt een warm hart voor ouderenzorg en behandelt elke bewoner met respect en empathie
  • Je bent een positieve teamspeler op wie collega's kunnen rekenen
  • Je organiseert je werk zelfstandig en gestructureerd
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, verantwoordelijk en stelt het welzijn van bewoners centraal
  • Je bent flexibel en werkt vlot in een variabel uurrooster
