Als verpleegkundige op de geborgen afdeling van WZC Prinsenpark krijg je de kans om écht een band op te bouwen met bewoners. Je biedt niet alleen verpleegkundige zorg, maar zorgt mee voor een veilige, vertrouwde omgeving waarin bewoners zich goed voelen en zoveel mogelijk hun eigen leven kunnen blijven leiden. Samen met je collega’s stem je de zorg af op de noden en mogelijkheden van iedere bewoner.

Je maakt deel uit van een betrokken team waarin samenwerking, humor en collegialiteit belangrijk zijn. Dankzij jouw observaties en expertise speel je een belangrijke rol in het herkennen van veranderingen in gedrag en gezondheid en in het bijsturen van de zorg.

Je maakt mee het verschil door:

  • verpleegkundige handelingen uit te voeren, zoals medicatietoediening, inspuitingen, bloedafnames en wondzorg;
  • bewoners op te volgen en veranderingen in hun gezondheid, gedrag of welzijn tijdig te signaleren;
  • mee te zorgen voor structuur, rust en veiligheid op de geborgen afdeling;
  • een vertrouwensband op te bouwen met bewoners en op een warme manier contact te houden met hun familie;
  • zorgkundigen te ondersteunen en samen de dagelijkse zorg voor bewoners op te nemen;
  • zorgplannen en observaties correct bij te houden in het elektronisch bewonersdossier;
  • actief deel te nemen aan teamoverleg en multidisciplinair overleg;
  • nauw samen te werken met zorgkundigen, artsen, paramedici, logistieke medewerkers en vrijwilligers.

Als verpleegkundige draag je bij aan verpleegkundige handelingen zoals medicatie, inspuitingen, bloedafnames en wondzorg, en je volgt zorgplannen op. Samen met je collega’s zorg jij voor kwaliteitsvolle en persoonsgerichte zorg in een team waar samenwerking en humor hand in hand gaan. Daarnaast staan de kwaliteiten verantwoordelijkheidszin, samenwerken en mensgerichtheid centraal. Die heb je nodig omdat je het zorgtraject mee draagt, zorgkundigen ondersteunt en bewoners en families professioneel begeleidt.

Verder vragen wij:

  • een professionele bachelor verpleegkunde of HBO verpleegkunde en bijhorend visum;
  • motivatie en een kwaliteitsvolle verzorging nastreven;
  • zelfstandig werken én in team;
  • je bent sociaal en hebt een luisterend oor;
  • een goede kennis van de Nederlandse taal.
