The posting

Wzc Sint-Jozef in Nieuwerkerken realiseerde in 2021 een volledige nieuwbouw en werft momenteel verpleegkundigen aan voor de uitbouw van de verpleegkundige equipe. De medewerkers waar we naar op zoek zijn, maken bewust de keuze om zich te engageren voor de zorg en de verpleegkundige begeleiding van zorgafhankelijke ouderen. Binnen ons woonzorgcentrum werken we aan een open en fijne sfeer waarbij we streven naar tevredenheid bij zowel residenten als medewerkers.

We werken met mensen voor mensen en doen dit vanuit verbinding en wederzijds vertrouwen. We stellen steeds de bewoner centraal, wij willen dat hij zich thuis voelt in een huiselijke en familiale sfeer. We gaan voor een open communicatie tussen medewerkers, vrijwilligers, bewoners en familieleden

Als organisatie gaan we voor dat tikkeltje meer, steeds weer!
