The posting

Als verpleegkundige sta je in voor de totaalzorg bij de ouderen in een residentieel verblijf. Je werkt mee als lid van het team om de kwaliteit van zorg bij de ouderen te optimaliseren.

Vaak is er sprake van een verhoogde zorggraad als gevolg van een complexe multipathologie. Het is voor een verpleegkundige de uitdaging om hier een goed antwoord op te zoeken in samenwerking met het multidisciplinaire team. Je gaat in overleg met de resident, de mantelzorger, artsen om zo tot een kwaliteitsvolle zorg van de resident te komen.

Je hebt aandacht voor de verpleegkundige handelingen die gesteld moeten worden en voert deze uit conform het wettelijk kader.

Je hebt aandacht voor het totaalbeeld bij de oudere, de zorg zowel op fysiek, mentaal als sociaal vlak. Hier kunnen complexe technische zaken aan bod komen maar ook levensvragen horen tot een deel van het takenpakket.

Je staat open om mee te werken in werkgroepen. Je werkt met de nodige aandacht in het elektronisch verpleegkundig dossier en hebt oog voor detail.

Je werkt graag in team. Je hebt aandacht voor de ouderen in een residentiële setting.

Je gaat graag een uitdaging aan.
