Jouw rol

Je bent veel meer dan “de verpleegkundige”. Je bent een vaste waarde voor onze bewoners en hun familie.

Je zorgt voor medische taken, maar even goed voor rust, nabijheid en vertrouwen.

Wat je doet, elke dag opnieuw:

  • Medische zorg: medicatiebedeling, wondzorg, bloedafname, inspuitingen …
  • Holistische zorg: aandacht voor het fysieke, mentale én sociale welzijn van bewoners.
  • Luisteren & verbinden: je creëert een sfeer waar mensen zich veilig voelen.
  • Familiecontact: je communiceert helder en toegankelijk met familieleden.
  • Teamkracht: je ondersteunt collega-zorgkundigen en neemt occasioneel taken van de hoofdverpleegkundige over.

Wie jij bent

We zoeken geen superheld — wel iemand met hart voor zorg en een gezonde portie initiatief.

Jij bent iemand die:

  • empathisch is en bewoners op hun gemak kan stellen;
  • verantwoordelijkheid durft nemen en zelfstandig kan handelen;
  • vlot samenwerkt met collega’s en andere zorgverleners;
  • beschikt over een diploma gegradueerd verpleegkundige of bachelor verpleegkunde;
  • wettig in België verblijft en toegang heeft tot de Belgische arbeidsmarkt;
  • voldoende Nederlands spreekt en schrijft (CVO-niveau 3.1 spreken/luisteren, 3.2 lezen/schrijven).
