Als voltijds verpleegkundige in WZC Vlashof bied je integrale zorg aan een toegewezen groep bewoners. Je combineert verpleegtechnische handelingen met psychosociale ondersteuning en bewaakt mee hun gezondheid en autonomie. Je werkt multidisciplinair samen en ondersteunt zorgkundigen in de dagelijkse werking.

Je dagelijkse bezigheden bestaan uit

• Je verleent integrale verpleegkundige en psychosociale zorg aan bewoners;

• Je voert verpleegkundige handelingen uit volgens de geldende richtlijnen;

• Je observeert en rapporteert veranderingen in gezondheid en welzijn;

• Je ondersteunt zorgkundigen en stemt af binnen het team;

• Je werkt samen met andere disciplines binnen het woonzorgcentrum;

• Je registreert correct in het zorgdossier en neemt administratieve taken op in functie van zorgkwaliteit.

Als voltijds verpleegkundige in WZC Vlashof draag je bij aan integrale verpleegkundige en psychosociale zorg door handelingen uit te voeren volgens richtlijnen, bewoners op te volgen en veranderingen in gezondheid en welzijn te rapporteren. Samen met je collega’s zorg jij voor continuïteit en kwaliteit van zorg via multidisciplinaire samenwerking en ondersteuning van zorgkundigen. Daarnaast staan de kwaliteiten respectvol, sociaal en stressbestendig binnen jouw functie centraal. Die heb je nodig omdat je dagelijks afstemt met bewoners, familie en collega’s en tegelijk prioriteiten bewaakt.

Verder vragen wij

• Je beschikt over een professionele bachelor verpleegkunde of HBO5 verpleegkunde en een geldig visum;

• Je registreert correct in het zorgdossier;

• Je hebt een goede kennis van de Nederlandse taal;

• Je bent flexibel en stressbestendig.
