Als voltijds verpleegkundige in WZC Wielant volg je bewoners van nabij op en draag je verantwoordelijkheid voor hun zorgtraject. Je combineert verpleegtechnische handelingen met warme, persoonsgerichte zorg en werkt samen in een team waar overleg centraal staat. Je ondersteunt bewoners en hun familie in elke fase en draagt bij aan comfort, veiligheid en waardigheid.

Je dagelijkse bezigheden bestaan uit:

  • je voert verpleegkundige handelingen uit zoals medicatiebeheer, inspuitingen, wondzorg en bloedafnames; • Je volgt parameters op en onderneemt tijdig actie bij veranderingen;
  • je stelt zorgplannen op en volgt deze op in overleg met het team;
  • je begeleidt nieuwe bewoners en hun familie en zorgt voor goede informatieoverdracht;
  • je ondersteunt zorgkundigen en stemt af met artsen en andere disciplines;
  • je registreert correct in het elektronisch zorgdossier en neemt administratieve taken op in functie van zorgkwaliteit.

Als voltijds verpleegkundige in WZC Wielant draag je bij aan het volledige zorgtraject van bewoners door medicatiebeheer, inspuitingen, wondzorg en bloedafnames uit te voeren, parameters op te volgen en zorgplannen op te stellen en te bewaken in overleg met het team. Samen met je collega’s zorg jij voor comfort, veiligheid en waardigheid, met goede begeleiding van nieuwe bewoners en hun familie. Daarnaast staan de kwaliteiten teamgericht, flexibel en probleemoplossend binnen jouw functie centraal. Die heb je nodig omdat je snel moet kunnen handelen bij veranderingen en tegelijk sterk samenwerkt binnen een bredere zorgcontext.

Verder vragen wij:

  • je beschikt over een diploma HBO verpleegkunde of professionele bachelor verpleegkunde en een geldig visum;
  • je voert verpleegkundige handelingen uit zoals medicatiebeheer, inspuitingen, wondzorg en bloedafnames;
  • je beheerst de Nederlandse taal zeer goed, mondeling en schriftelijk;
  • je past preventieve maatregelen tegen infecties toe volgens het kwaliteitsbeleid en procedures.
