Als verpleegkundige in WZC Wielant ben je een cruciale schakel in het welzijn van bewoners. Je combineert medische expertise met menselijke warmte en volgt bewoners nauw op, samen met collega’s die elkaar ondersteunen.

Je dagelijkse bezigheden bestaan uit

  • je voert verpleegkundige handelingen uit zoals medicatie, wondzorg, inspuitingen en bloedafnames;
  • je volgt parameters op en signaleert veranderingen tijdig;
  • je biedt palliatieve zorg met focus op comfort en waardigheid;
  • je onthaalt nieuwe bewoners en ondersteunt ook hun familie;
  • je registreert correct in het elektronisch zorgdossier en bewaakt de overdracht;
  • je stemt af met artsen en collega’s en ondersteunt waar nodig bij ADL en voeding.

Als verpleegkundige in WZC Wielant draag je bij aan het welzijn van bewoners door verpleegkundige handelingen uit te voeren (o.a. medicatie, wondzorg, inspuitingen en bloedafnames), parameters op te volgen en veranderingen tijdig te signaleren. Je ondersteunt bij palliatieve zorg, onthaalt nieuwe bewoners en zorgt voor correcte registratie en overdracht. Samen met je collega’s zorg jij voor warme, mensgerichte zorg en duidelijke samenwerking met artsen en het team. Daarnaast staan de kwaliteiten klantgericht, oplossingsgericht en flexibel binnen jouw functie centraal. Die heb je nodig omdat je snel moet schakelen, prioriteiten bewaakt en bewoners en familie professioneel begeleidt.

Wij vragen

  • je beschikt over een diploma HBO5 of bachelor verpleegkunde en een geldig visum;
  • ervaring met verpleegtechnische handelingen (wondzorg, inspuitingen, bloedafnames) is een plus;
  • je past hygiëne- en infectiepreventiemaatregelen toe volgens het kwaliteitsbeleid;
  • je beheerst het Nederlands vlot, mondeling en schriftelijk.
