Trots; waar ga jij werken:

Evean is een vooraanstaande zorgorganisatie in Noord‑Holland. Modern, ambitieus en vol in ontwikkeling. Locatie Oostergouw heeft 12 afdelingen en op afdeling Troffel, met 24 bedden, werken we dagelijks met cliënten die na een ziekenhuisopname herstellen van ingrepen, of te maken hebben met cognitieve uitdagingen zoals delier, dementie of NAH – soms tijdelijk, soms blijvend. Op de afdeling worden cliënten opgenomen met een hoog complexe zorgvraag o.a.: infuustherapie, sondevoeding, wondtherapie.

Revalidatie bij ons is gericht op stabilisatie en het vergroten van zelfstandigheid. De gemiddelde opnameduur is 6 weken tot 4 maanden; elke cliënt is anders, elke dag brengt nieuwe uitdagingen. Iedere cliënt verlaat de afdeling met een plan: terug naar huis of naar een passende woonvorm.

We werken in een multidisciplinair team, zoals: arts, psycholoog, ergotherapeut, fysiotherapeut, logopedist, diëtist, maatschappelijk werk én verpleegkundigen zoals jij. Samen streven we naar de beste zorg op maat, met hart voor de mens.

Werktijden én bereikbaarheid:

*Rooster met dag‑, avond‑, nacht‑ en weekenddiensten; Dagtijden: 7.00/7.30 – 12.30 of tot 15.30 uur Avonddienst: 15.15 – 23.00 uur Nachtdienst: 22.45 – 7.15 uur.
