Zorgpension Zorgpension zoekt verzorgenden 3IG of verpleegkundigen niveau 4 voor de locaties Rotterdam, Bergambacht en Zoetermeer op oproepbasis met een 0-uren contract. Ben jij een enthousiaste en gemotiveerde zorgprofessional met een hart voor herstelzorg en ben je flexibel inzetbaar? Dan bieden wij jou een 0-uren contract aan als oproepkracht. In deze functie zal je flexibel ingezet worden voor verschillende diensten en heb je de mogelijkheid om zelf je beschikbaarheid aan te geven. Zorgpension levert eerstelijnsverblijf met kortdurende herstelzorg voor cliënten die bij ons herstellen na ziekte of operatie. Door de regelmatige wisselingen van cliënten heeft Zorgpension een dynamische werkomgeving. Heb je het aanpassingsvermogen om snel te schakelen tussen verschillende taken en verantwoordelijkheden? Dan zijn we op zoek naar jou! Als medewerker op oproepbasis ben je verantwoordelijk voor het bieden van zorg en ondersteuning aan onze cliënten. Je werkt in een flexibele rol, waarbij je snel moet kunnen inspelen op de behoeften van onze cliënten en de planning. Het bieden van herstelzorg vraagt dan ook van jou als oproepkracht een manier van werken die aansluit bij de wijze waarop de teamleden zorg en ondersteuning bieden aan cliënten en hun wensen en behoeften. Je handelt bij het verlenen van zorg op basis van het persoonlijk herstelplan van iedere cliënt. Spreekt dit je aan en beschik je ook over onderstaande kwaliteiten, dan nodigen we je uit om te solliciteren. - Je hebt een diploma Verzorgende niveau 3IG of Verpleegkundige niveau 4 met geldige BIG-registratie. - Affiniteit met de doelgroep kortdurende herstelzorg - Je bent flexibel inzetbaar en bereid om op oproepbasis te werken - Je beschikt over goede communicatieve en sociale vaardigheden - Je bent in staat om zelfstandig te werken en verantwoordelijkheid te nemen, je bent samen met het team verantwoordelijk voor de kwaliteit van zorg en dienstverlening - Flexibiliteit, ...
