't Dijkhuis zoekt Verpleegkundigen Wat ga jij bij ons doen? Je houdt je bezig met het verplegen, verzorgen en begeleiden van cliënten. Je zorgt er samen met collega's voor dat er wordt gewerkt volgens het multidisciplinair zorgleefplan. Daarnaast coördineer je de zorg rondom cliënten in (hoog) complexe situaties. Je draagt de verpleegkundige verantwoordelijkheid en je voert verpleegtechnische handelingen conform het BIG-beleid uit. Je draagt zorg voor continuïteit door zorginhoudelijke informatieoverdracht naar collega's. Je hebt een signalerende functie en je doet verbetervoorstellen met betrekking tot zorgverlening. Je coacht en geeft verpleegkundige adviezen aan cliënten en collega's. Je draait mee in de verpleegkundige dienst als het gaat om bereikbaarheidsdiensten. Wat breng jij mee? - Diploma Verpleegkundige, niveau 4. (of in opleiding) - Je hebt oprechte interesse in en affiniteit met de doelgroep. - Je bent flexibel en breed inzetbaar op verschillende afdelingen. - Je bent in staat om de zorg zo veel mogelijk op maat aan te bieden. - Je hebt geduld en doorzettingsvermogen. - Je bent in staat om zelfstandig en onregelmatig te werken. Het betreft een tijdelijk dienstverband voor één jaar met uitzicht op een vaste aanstelling. De uren zijn in overleg.
