Functie

  • Je gaat als verpleegkundige aan de slag binnen AZ Turnhout op één van onze verpleegafdelingen of medisch-technische diensten. We bespreken in een sollicitatiegesprek met jou welke afdelingen je voorkeur wegdragen en trachten hier zo veel mogelijk rekening mee te houden.
  • Je staat, als lid van een multidisciplinair team, in voor de totale verpleegkundige zorgverlening en de administratieve opvolging hiervan.
  • Je enthousiaste aanpak zorgt er voor dat onze patiënten kwalitatief de beste zorg krijgen.
  • Je neemt initiatief ter verbetering van het verpleegkundige proces.
  • Je werkt tussen 50% en 100% (bespreekbaar).

Profiel

  • Je beschikt over een HBO5 of bachelorsdiploma (A1) in de verpleegkunde of in de vroedkunde (bachelor vroedkunde enkel indien behaald voor 01/10/2018).
  • Je kan zowel zelfstandig als in een (multidisciplinair) team werken.
  • Je bent patiëntgericht, discreet en vriendelijk
  • Je bent georganiseerd en werkt efficiënt en kwaliteitsvol.
  • Je bent flexibel en collegiaal ingesteld.
  • Je beschikt over een goede dosis verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.
  • Je bent stressbestendig en kan acute situaties ondervangen.
  • Je streeft naar voortdurende verbetering en staat open voor verandering.
  • Je kan vlot overweg met recente informatica-technische toepassingen.
