Middels een SLA kunnen wij meer continuïteit en kosteneffectiviteit (minimaal TCO) bieden. Wegens groei zijn wij op zoek naar verschillende specialisten. VALIDATIE SPECIALIST Wat is je werk? Je draagt zorg voor het uitvoeren van de validatie van complexe systemen volgens vastgestelde normen. Je ontwikkelt validatie strategieën voor nieuwe door Richmond uit te voeren validaties. Je geeft leiding aan je collega's, jij bent degene tot wie ze zich kunnen richten met moeilijke vragen. Je verifieert de validatie resultaten en communiceert deze met de klant. Je adviseert de klant en maakt voorstellen voor nieuwe (her)validatie protocollen. Je weet welke normen voor welk proces bij de klant van toepassing zijn. Competenties: - Afgeronde HBO / HTS opleiding in de richting van meet- en regeltechniek of soortgelijke richting bijvoorbeeld laboratorium techniek; - Ruime ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie met diverse validatie methoden in de farmaceutische, medische of levensmiddelenindustrie; - Kennis met projectmanagement en GMP / GLP; - Grondige kennis van geldende NL, EU en ISO normen; - Analytisch ingesteld en een coachende houding; - Je beschikt over een probleemoplossend vermogen en je bent in staat om op alle niveaus binnen de organisatie te communiceren; - Ervaring met het schrijven van protocollen en rapportages; - Je werkt zelfstandig, klantgericht en oplossingsgericht; - Je spreekt goed Nederlands, Engels en bij voorkeur Duits; - Je hebt geen 9 to 5 mentaliteit en bent gewend om van huis te zijn.
