Momenta Car Service is op zoek naar een ervaren versnellingsbakspecialist die ons team komt versterken. Ben jij een echte techneut met een passie voor versnellingsbakken? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou!

Wie zijn wij?

Momenta Car Service is sinds december actief in de sector van autoherstelling en onderhoud. Als recent opgestart bedrijf is er een duidelijke ambitie om verder uit te groeien tot een vaste waarde binnen de sector. Vakmanschap, kwaliteit en een persoonlijke aanpak staan centraal in onze werking, zowel naar klanten als binnen het team.

Omdat het bedrijf nog volop in ontwikkeling is, zijn we op zoek naar medewerkers die mee willen bouwen aan deze groei. Nieuwe collega's komen terecht in een klein team met korte communicatielijnen en ruimte voor initiatief, waarbij de kans bestaat om mee te groeien naarmate het bedrijf zich verder ontwikkelt.

Momenta Car Service biedt hiermee de mogelijkheid om deel uit te maken van een groeiend bedrijf en hierin mee een rol op te nemen.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Diagnosticeren, herstellen en reviseren van automatische, semi-automatische en handgeschakelde versnellingsbakken
  • Demonteren, controleren en (indien nodig) reinigen van versnellingsbakken
  • Vervangen van interne onderdelen zoals koppelingspakketten, banden, lagers, synchroringen en tandwielen
  • Herstellen of vervangen van de kleppenblok/mechatronic-eenheid
  • Vervangen van versnellingsbakolie, filters en pakkingen volgens fabrieksvoorschriften
  • Controleren en vervangen van koppelingssets, dubbelmassavliegwielen en uitkoppelingslagers
  • Opsporen van lekkages, abnormale geluiden, slipverschijnselen en schakelproblemen
  • Uitvoeren van versnellingsbakadaptaties en -kalibraties na herstelling of vervanging van onderdelen
  • Testen van voertuigen na herstelling (proefritten) om een correcte schakeling en werking te garanderen
  • Opstellen van duidelijke en correcte werkrapporten
  • Correct en veilig omgaan met specialistisch gereedschap
  • Op de hoogte blijven van nieuwe technieken en ontwikkelingen op vlak van versnellingsbakken

Wat verwachten we van jou?

  • Minimum 2 relevante ervaring als versnellingsbakspecialist
  • Grondige kennis van versnellingsbakken (automaat, DSG/DKG, CVT en manueel)
  • Sterk mechanisch inzicht en oog voor detail
  • Nauwkeurig, zelfstandig en verantwoordelijk kunnen werken
  • In het bezit van een geldig rijbewijs B
  • Relevant diploma (automechanica) is een pluspunt
  • Perfecte kennis van het Nederlands, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
