Aufgaben

* Betreuung der Modulsysteme in den Stationen

* Telefonischer und schriftlicher Kontakt mit Lieferanten inklusive Bearbeitung der Geschäftskorrespondenz im zugewiesenen Arbeitsumfeld

* Durchführung von fristgerechten Bestellungen sämtlicher Lagerartikel, Umsetzung der ordnungsgemäßen Lagerung

* Anlage neuer Produkte im KIS-System nach Freigabe durch die Leitung Zentraleinkauf

* Artikelstammpflege und Bearbeitung von Reklamationen

* Umsetzung der ordnungsgemäßen Lagerung

* Monatliche Jour Fixe mit Leitung Zentraleinkauf

* Mitarbeit bei Optimierung von Prozessen

* OP-Spezifischer Aufgaben (Bestellung von OP-Artikeln, die im Warenkorb freigegeben sind, Lagerbewirtschaftung der OP-Artikel im OP, Warenübernahme, Kontrolle der Waren für den OP, OP-Inventur)

* MAWI spezifische Aufgaben (MAWI-Inventur, Warenübernahme, Kontrolle der Waren, Ausgabe und Kommissionierung der Waren für die Stationen)

Qualifikationen

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise einschlägige Berufserfahrung

* EDV-Kenntnisse (KIS) und Erfahrung im Umgang mit Barcodescannern von Vorteil

* Dienstleistungsorientierung, Affinität zur Logistik, körperliche Fitness

* Gewissenhaftigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit, Ordnungssinn und soziale Kompetenz, vernetztes Denken

Das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt beträgt ab € 1.187,18 brutto p.m. auf Teilzeitbasis (20 Wochenstunden). Es besteht je nach Qualifikation (in Abhängigkeit von Ausbildung und Berufserfahrung) die Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.
