Als verspaner zorg jij ervoor dat een moderne, geautomatiseerde productielijn optimaal blijft presteren. Je werkt met geavanceerde verspaningsmachines en geautomatiseerde transportsystemen, waarbij kwaliteit, techniek en procesbeheersing centraal staan. Met jouw technische inzicht houd je het productieproces draaiende, voorkom je stilstand en draag je bij aan een efficiënt en betrouwbaar eindresultaat. Omdat je gaat werken met een nieuwe, moderne productielijn, krijg je uiteraard de tijd om de machines, robots en het proces goed te leren kennen. Je werkzaamheden bestaan uit: - Bedienen, controleren en bijsturen van CNC-machines en geautomatiseerde productiesystemen. - Uitvoeren van preventief onderhoud en het oplossen van eerstelijnsstoringen aan machines en installaties. - Controleren van de productkwaliteit en het aandragen van verbeteringen voor een efficiënter productieproces. Je werkt in de dagdienst met flexibele werktijden tussen 06:00 en 18:00 uur. Er is volop ruimte om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen op het gebied van automatisering, CNC-techniek en procesverbetering.
