Als versverantwoordelijke bij Bio-Planet zorg jij dagelijks voor een vlotte organisatie van onze versafdeling: de bedieningstoog met vlees, charcuterie, kaas, vis en veggie. Je stuurt het team aan, werkt mee en zorgt dat onze klanten steeds met een lach geholpen worden!

Jouw takenpakket als versverantwoordelijke bij Bio-Planet:

  • Je werkt actief mee bij de bediening van klanten op je afdeling.
  • Je bent de brug tussen de zaakvoerder en je team. Je zorgt dat de zaakvoerder weet wat er beweegt op jouw afdeling maar je zorgt er ook voor dat je team op de hoogte is van de koers die we met Bio-Planet willen varen.
  • Je bent actief betrokken bij de commerciële uitbouw van de afdeling. Je bepaalt de doelstellingen, stelt vooruitzichten op en maakt weekplanningen zodat je afdeling steeds vlot verloopt.
  • De bedieningstoog is het hart van onze winkel. Je bezorgt onze klanten dan ook een topbeleving! Je geeft gespecialiseerd advies en helpt vlot verder, ook na verkoop.
  • Je houdt je oren en ogen open op zoek naar feedback van klanten en geeft die door aan de zaakvoerder en het team.
  • Je begeleidt en coacht collega’s. Zo zorg je er bijvoorbeeld voor dat werkmethodes en veiligheidsafspraken gekend zijn en toegepast worden. Maar je staat ook in voor de toelichting van nieuwe producten in het assortiment.
  • Je overlegt regelmatig met de (assistent) zaakvoerder over de werking van de winkel.
  • Je gaat steeds op zoek naar manieren om de verkoop te optimaliseren: verbetervoorstellen, commerciële acties, … Bovendien motiveer je je collega’s om hetzelfde te doen.
