Ben jij een technisch onderlegde verkoper die klanten correct en met kennis van zaken begeleidt?

Voor een warm familiebedrijf met 40 jaar ervaring in veranda’s, overkappingen, zonwering en schuifsystemen zoeken we een Vertegenwoordiger die op zelfstandige basis wilt werken met maturiteit, verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en een stevige commerciële drive.

Dit KMO bedrijf telt een team van 10 à 12 medewerkers. Honderden klanten vertrouwden al op hun vakmanschap, intussen staan er 11.000 veranda’s geplaatst.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je bezoekt klanten die reeds aangebracht worden (nauwelijks prospectie nodig).
  • Je analyseert hun wensen en geeft advies over veranda’s, overkappingen, lamellendaken, doekdaken, schuifglaswanden en zonwering.
  • Je beoordeelt ter plaatse of een project technisch uitvoerbaar is (opmeten gebeurt door anderen).
  • Je maakt correcte offertes op en zorgt voor een realistische en haalbare oplevering.
  • Je denkt technisch mee: types daken, aansluitingen, waterafvoer, panelen, structuren…
  • Ingewikkelde dossiers bespreek je wekelijks tijdens de vrijdagbriefing met het team.
  • Je volgt je dossiers heel nauw op: binnen 2 dagen reageren, binnen 7 dagen op bezoek, binnen 7 dagen een offerte.
  • Je beheert je agenda zelfstandig en werkt op de momenten die voor jou werken (ook zaterdag mogelijk, zondag vrij te kiezen).
  • REGIO:
  • West-Vlaanderen (voornamelijk Noord-West: Oostende, Brugge, Roeselare, De Panne…)
  • Stukje Oost-Vlaanderen mogelijk

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

Wie zoeken we?

  • Je bent matuur, klantgericht en kan een gesprek tot een deal brengen zonder drukkerige verkooptactieken.
  • Je hebt technische kennis of achtergrond (keukens, badkamers, bouw, schrijnwerk, ramen/deuren… zijn goede insteken).
  • Complexe dossiers schrikken je niet af, je kan analyseren, meedenken en inschatten wat haalbaar is.
  • Je communiceert duidelijk, volgt klanten stipt op en bouwt vertrouwen op.
  • Je hebt eigen vervoer.
  • Je kan je vlot uitdrukken in het Nederlands; basis Frans is handig.
  • Je houdt van zelfstandigheid, vrijheid en verantwoordelijkheid.

  • Iemand die comfort verkoopt en niet alleen producten.
  • Iemand die technisch genoeg is om geen fouten te verkopen.
