Het NSZ (Neutraal Syndicaat voor Zelfstandigen) verdedigt al meer dan 50 jaar meer dan 42.000 zelfstandigen, KMO’s en vrije beroepen in België. Onze leden genieten van collectieve en individuele belangenverdeiging, juridische bijstand, een dienst voor schuldinvordering, eerste hulp bij HR-vragen, enz.

Om het aantal leden in de verschillende Waalse provincies en in Brussel te versterken, zijn wij op zoek naar meerdere commerciële afgevaardigden om onze leden te bezoeken en onze diensten voor te stellen aan nieuwe leden.

Jobomschrijving

  • Na een opleiding over onze organisatie en onze wervingstechnieken bezoek je dagelijks leden en niet-leden in jouw regio, waarbij je gebruik maakt van brochures, documentatie, persberichten, aanbevelingen, enz., om hen onze diensten en ons lidmaatschap aan te bieden.
  • Je identificeert de behoeften en verwachtingen van onze leden en prospects en biedt hen de beste diensten aan.
  • Je krijgt veel vrijheid om relaties op te bouwen met kleine zelfstandigen, KMO's, enz.
  • Je bent een geboren commerciële persoonlijkheid: ambitieus, resultaatgericht, overtuigend en in staat om op een serene manier met weigeringen om te gaan.
  • Je beschikt over een groot luistervermogen en een verzorgde presentatie.
  • Jouw dynamiek, glimlach en motivatie werken aanstekelijk.
  • Je houdt van menselijk contact en schrikt niet terug voor deur-aan-deurbezoeken.
  • Je beheerst de Franse taal en MS Office.
  • Je beschikt over een voertuig om zich binnen jouw regio te verplaatsen.
