Je kent het gevoel: een vlotte babbel met een ondernemer, je krijgt vertrouwen, maar die telecomfactuur doet nog steeds pijn aan zijn portemonnee. Jij hoort de frustratie, zoekt met hem een oplossing én ziet hoe zijn gezicht helemaal oplicht als het eindelijk klopt.

Dat is waar deze job om draait: elke werkdag bedrijven slimmer maken, en klanten écht blij de dag laten afsluiten omdat jij iets fixte wat ze zelf niet konden.

Wat je écht doet (en wat je dag bijzonder maakt):

  • Je belt, bezoekt, mailt en stelt gerust: elk gesprek is een kans om iemand te ontzorgen, niet om je product te pushen.
  • Je analyseert: waarom betaalt klant X te veel? Waar sleept de interne communicatie? Jij leest tussen de regels.
  • Je stelt op maat gemaakte offertes op. Geen copy-paste, maar échte oplossingen — en je presenteert ze zo duidelijk dat de ogen glinsteren van opluchting.
  • Papierwerk? Yep. Maar jij houdt overzicht — je eigen installatieteam (jawel!) springt voor jou in de bres.
  • Cold calling? We zeggen eerlijk: jawel. Maar je kiest mee hoe je werkt: van thuis, op kantoor of onderweg.
