Voor de vacature vertegenwoordiger Keukens & Interieur bouw je de B2B-activiteiten commercieel uit en begeleid je klanten in hun projecten.

  • Je prospecteert actief naar nieuwe klanten en projectopportuniteiten bij bouwpromotoren, projectontwikkelaars, aannemers, investeerders en architecten.
  • Je bouwt duurzame relaties uit met klanten en contacten in de sector en vertegenwoordigt het bedrijf op netwerkbijeenkomsten, vastgoed- en bouwbeurzen, events en seminaries.
  • Je volgt marktontwikkelingen op en detecteert nieuwe commerciële kansen.
  • Je adviseert klanten over geschikte keuken- en interieuroplossingen voor hun projecten en begeleidt hen doorheen het traject.
  • Je stelt offertes en contracten op, volgt ze op en onderhandelt ze af in samenwerking met de interne project- en calculatieteams voor een vlotte uitvoering.
  • Je werkt gericht naar commerciële doelstellingen toe en rapporteert over prospectie, pipeline en gerealiseerde resultaten.

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

Voor deze job Vertegenwoordiger B2B gelden de volgende vereisten.

  • Je beschikt over enkele jaren ervaring in B2B-sales of business development.
  • Ervaring binnen de keuken- en/of interieursector is vereist. Ervaring binnen de bouw-, sanitair- of vastgoedsector is een sterke troef.
  • Je hebt een uitgesproken huntermentaliteit en haalt energie uit prospecteren en het openen van nieuwe deuren.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands. Kennis van Frans en/of Engels is een pluspunt.
  • Je beschikt over een geldig B-rijbewijs.
