Zoek jij een uitdagende commerciele functie dicht bij huis, waarin je de volledige vrijheid krijgt om je eigen agenda te beheren? Voor een bedrijf gespecialiseerd in kwalitatieve bouwchemische producten gaan we op zoek naar een vertegenwoordiger voor regio Westhoek! Om de markt optimaal te bewerken, kiezen we bewust voor vertegenwoordigers die dicht bij huis werken (max. 45 tot 60 minuten van je woonplaats). Zo bouw je op een krachtige en persoonlijke manier aan langetermijnrelaties met vakmannen in jouw eigen regio.

  • Ondernemerschap & Discipline: Je krijgt enorm veel vrijheid en autonomie om je eigen werkagenda te bepalen. Dit vraagt een gezonde dosis zelfdiscipline en daadkracht om zelf actief te prospecteren en je doelen te behalen.
  • Ervaring & achtergrond: Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar werkervaring. Een technische achtergrond, opleiding of affiniteit is een troef. Eerdere verkoopervaring is geen must!
  • Communicatie: Je houdt van menselijk, face-to-face contact, bent communicatief sterk en stelt klanttevredenheid voorop.
  • Praktisch & Digitaal: Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B, woont in de regio Meetjesland en hebt kennis van de meest gebruikte Office-pakketten.

Als lokaal aanspreekpunt ga je actief aan de slag om het netwerk van professionele eindgebruikers in jouw regio verder uit te breiden.

  • Zelfstandige prospectie: Je werkt niet op basis van binnengekomen leads; je steekt zelf de handen uit de mouwen om prospecten en klanten te benaderen.
  • Advies & demonstraties: Na een grondige opleiding via onze eigen Academy ontpop je je tot een echte expert. Met overtuigende productdemonstraties toon je het verschil op het vlak van gebruiksgemak, efficientie en veiligheid.
  • Servicegericht adviseren: Je geeft deskundig advies bij de juiste productkeuze voor het kleven, afdichten, beschermen en onderhouden.
  • Relaties & CRM: Je bouwt aan hechte klantrelaties en verwerkt je afspraken en contacten correct in het CRM-systeem.
