Jouw verantwoordelijkheden en taken:

  • Het realiseren van overeengekomen doelstellingen op het gebied van volume, omzet, winst en marge.
  • Het beheren en versterken van bestaande klantrelaties.
  • Actief acquisitie doen en nieuwe klanten werven door gerichte prospectie.
  • De behoeften van je gesprekspartners analyseren en hen adviseren over de beste producten en diensten.
  • Het opstellen van offertes in samenwerking met ons binnendienstteam.
  • Proactief sales leads opvolgen met als doel het afsluiten van deals.
  • Actief bijdragen aan commerciële activiteiten zoals beurzen, opendeurdagen en andere evenementen om klantrelaties te versterken.
  • Werkgebied: Europa.

De ideale kandidaat voor deze functie is een commercieel gedreven professional met een echte ‘hunter’-mentaliteit en sterke vaardigheden in relatiebeheer. Je luistert goed naar de behoeften van de klant en denkt actief mee in het vinden van de juiste oplossing. Daarnaast beschik je over:

  • Een commerciële opleiding of gelijkwaardige ervaring
  • Technische kennis (dit is een pluspunt).
  • Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse, Engelse en Franse taal. Kennis van Spaans en/of Italiaans is een plus.
  • Sterke communicatieve en sociale vaardigheden, en in staat om op verschillende niveaus te onderhandelen
  • Een proactieve en enthousiaste werkhouding
