Deze familiale speler binnen IT- en telecomoplossingen ondersteunt KMO’s bij het slimmer organiseren van hun communicatie en digitale bereikbaarheid. De organisatie bouwde de voorbije jaren een stabiele klantenportefeuille uit en groeit op een doordachte, financieel gezonde manier. Geen expansiedrang om de cijfers, wel een duidelijke ambitie om langdurige partnerships uit te bouwen.

Wat deze omgeving bijzonder maakt, is de combinatie van energie en enthousiasme met oprechte zorg en loyaliteit. Klanten worden niet benaderd als contracten, maar als relaties. Intern voel je korte lijnen, betrokken zaakvoerders en een team dat samen vooruit wil. Resultaten zijn belangrijk, maar nooit ten koste van vertrouwen.

FUNCTIE

Als Digital Solutions Consultant combineer je commerciële drive met inhoudelijk advies. Je begeleidt klanten in hun keuze rond telecom- en IT-oplossingen en zorgt voor een correcte implementatie en opvolging.

Jouw werkstructuur:

  • 3 dagen per week op de baan (gemiddeld 12 klantbezoeken verspreid over die dagen)
  • 2 vaste kantoordagen (maandag & vrijdag) voor planning, opvolging en administratie

Je verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Actief uitbouwen van je klantenportefeuille via prospectie, netwerken en referenties
  • Onderhouden en verdiepen van bestaande klantrelaties
  • Adviseren rond telecom-, VOIP- en IT-oplossingen
  • Detecteren van opportuniteiten voor cross- en upselling
  • Opvolgen van leads en offertes
  • Verwerken en correct administratief registreren van orders
  • Nauwe samenwerking met technische collega’s voor een vlotte implementatie
  • Rapporteren aan de Sales Manager

Je bent de schakel tussen klant en interne organisatie. Je verkoopt niet enkel een oplossing, je zorgt ervoor dat wat beloofd wordt ook effectief wordt uitgevoerd.

Jouw meerwaarde zit in luisteren, structureren en correct opvolgen klanten voelen dat ze op jou kunnen rekenen.

Je past in deze rol als je gelooft in consultatieve, relationele sales en energie haalt uit duurzame samenwerkingen.

Je herkent jezelf in dit profiel:

  • Je hebt ervaring in B2B-sales, bij voorkeur binnen telecom, VOIP of IT
  • Kennis van SaaS of Managed Services is een sterke troef
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands; Frans en/of Engels is een plus
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B
  • Je bent commercieel ingesteld maar vertrekt altijd vanuit luisteren en adviseren
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en volgt dossiers nauwkeurig op
  • Je bent leergierig en blijft graag mee met digitale evoluties
  • Je functioneert het best in een hecht team en hecht waarde aan loyaliteit
  • Je zoekt een omgeving waar je op lange termijn kan groeien
