Vivaldis Office is op zoek naar een vertegenwoordiger / area sales manager voor onze klant in Landen. Onze klant is gespecialiseerd in hoogwaardige bekistingssystemen. Neem gerust de vacature even door! Indien je nog vragen hebt, kan je ons telefonisch bereiken op 011 94 81 56.

Jouw takenpakket als vertegenwoordiger / area sales manager bestaat uit:

  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het zelfstandig opbouwen, structureren en verder uitbreiden van je eigen klantenportefeuille binnen de regio Limburg, de oostkant van Antwerpen en Vlaams-Brabant.
  • Je spoort actief nieuwe commerciële opportuniteiten op binnen een sterk competitieve B2B-markt.
  • Je stuurt de volledige projectcyclus aan, vanaf de prospectie en het eerste contact tot de uiteindelijke oplevering op de werf.
  • Je treedt op als strategische partner en adviseur voor algemene aannemers, projectmanagers en ingenieurs. Je vertaalt complexe klantvragen naar de meest efficiënte bekistingsoplossingen.
  • Je hebt een nauwe samenwerking met de interne technische teams en engineering om projecten vlekkeloos uit te werken.
  • Je volgt trends en concurrentieontwikkelingen nauwgezet op om de commerciële strategie optimaal te ondersteunen.

Als vertegenwoordiger / area sales manager herken je jezelf in volgende punten:

  • Je hebt ervaring opgebouwd in technische B2B-verkoop, bij voorkeur binnen de bouwsector, bouwmaterialen of zwaar materieel.
  • Je bent een hunter die floreert in een cultuur van eigenaarschap. Je werkt uiterst zelfstandig en maakt efficiënt je eigen agenda op.
  • Je schakelt vlot tussen verschillende niveaus, van operationele werfleiders tot directeurs en technische beslissingsnemers.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands en Engels. Kennis van het Frans is een sterke troef.
  • Je bent resultaatgericht en beschikt over het nodige geduld om lange verkoopcycli te beheren.
