Kerkstoel Bouwmaterialen is een gevestigde familiale onderneming en totaalleverancier van bouwmaterialen. Om onze dakafdeling verder uit te bouwen, zoeken wij een gedreven technisch commercieel vertegenwoordiger die zowel bestaande klanten begeleidt als actief nieuwe commerciële kansen ontwikkelt.

Jouw functie

Als technisch commercieel vertegenwoordiger ben je verantwoordelijk voor de commerciële groei van onze dakafdeling. Je combineert klantenbezoeken met technisch advies, offerteopvolging en prospectie.

Je takenpakket bestaat onder meer uit:

  • Professionele dakwerkers, aannemers en renovatiebedrijven bezoeken en adviseren.
  • Bestaande klantenrelaties onderhouden en verder uitbouwen.
  • Actief op zoek gaan naar nieuwe klanten en projecten in de regio.
  • Klanten technisch en commercieel adviseren over hellende en platte daken.
  • Het volledige dakpakket aanbieden: dakbedekking, isolatie, luchtdichting, dakramen, afvoer, zink, bevestigingsmaterialen en verbruiksproducten.
  • Offertes opstellen, bespreken en actief opvolgen.
  • Toekomstige bouw- en renovatieprojecten detecteren en opvolgen.
  • Slapende of verloren klanten opnieuw benaderen.
  • Samenwerken met de commerciële binnendienst, leveranciers en logistieke afdeling.
  • Marktontwikkelingen en activiteiten van concurrenten opvolgen.
  • Meedenken over commerciële acties en initiatieven om de dakafdeling verder te laten groeien.

Wij zoeken in de eerste plaats commercieel talent met interesse in bouwmaterialen en dakproducten.

  • Je hebt commerciële flair en haalt energie uit klantencontact en verkoop. Je beschikt over technisch inzicht of bent bereid je snel in dakmaterialen te verdiepen. Ervaring in de bouwsector, dakwereld of verkoop van bouwmaterialen is een belangrijke troef. Je bent klantgericht, communicatief en overtuigend. Je werkt zelfstandig en neemt initiatief, maar functioneert ook goed binnen een team. Je volgt offertes en commerciële afspraken nauwkeurig op. Je denkt oplossingsgericht en zoekt steeds naar de beste totaaloplossing voor de klant. Je bent vertrouwd met digitale toepassingen en administratieve opvolging. Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B.
