Bij STG zijn we meer dan een groothandel in sanitair, verwarming en hernieuwbare energie. We zijn een partner waarop professionele installateurs elke dag kunnen rekenen. Dankzij onze expertise, voorraad en service maken we het verschil.

Als vertegenwoordiger ben jij het gezicht van STG in jouw regio. Je bouwt duurzame relaties op met installateurs en HVAC-bedrijven, adviseert hen over de juiste oplossingen en helpt hun zaak groeien. Tegelijk ga je actief op zoek naar nieuwe opportuniteiten en zet je prospecten om in loyale klanten.

Kortom: jij combineert het beste van twee werelden. Je bent zowel een relatiebouwer als een commerciële hunter.

Zo ziet je job eruit

  • Je beheert en ontwikkelt een bestaande klantenportefeuille van professionele installateurs en HVAC-bedrijven.
  • Je gaat actief op zoek naar nieuwe klanten en creëert nieuwe commerciële kansen binnen jouw regio.
  • Je adviseert klanten over ons uitgebreide assortiment sanitair-, verwarmings-, ventilatie- en energieoplossingen.
  • Je detecteert noden, denkt mee met de klant en vertaalt deze naar de juiste technische en commerciële oplossing.
  • Je bouwt langdurige klantenrelaties op gebaseerd op vertrouwen, expertise en service.
  • Je volgt marktontwikkelingen, trends en opportuniteiten nauwgezet op en speelt hier proactief op in.
  • Je vertegenwoordigt STG op beurzen, opendeurdagen, productvoorstellingen en andere commerciële evenementen.
  • Je zorgt voor een correcte opvolging van offertes, bezoeken en klantinformatie via ons ERP-systeem.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met het team in de Proshop dat jou ondersteunt met technische expertise en commerciële slagkracht.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt affiniteit met sanitair, verwarming, HVAC, hernieuwbare energie of installatiematerialen.
  • Je beschikt over sterke commerciële vaardigheden en weet klanten te overtuigen, te adviseren en deals succesvol af te ronden.
  • Je haalt energie uit het opbouwen van relaties én uit het binnenhalen van nieuwe klanten.
  • Je bent resultaatgericht en gedreven om ambitieuze doelstellingen te behalen.
  • Je denkt klant- en oplossingsgericht.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig en planmatig, maar bent ook een echte teamspeler.
  • Je volgt dossiers nauwkeurig op en begrijpt het belang van een correcte administratie.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands.
