Voor Cadmes België zijn we op zoek naar een enthousiaste, proactieve en commerciële Sales Consultant die zich richt op de Nederlandstalige markt in België in de maakindustrie die volop in evolutie is.

Cadmes integreet softwareoplossingen voor de automatisering en optimalisatie van productieprocessen. We verkopen oplossingen variërend van software tot dienstverlening zoals training, support en consultancy.

Hieronder vallen CAD-oplossingen (zoals SOLIDWORKS/CATIA), digitale simulatie, PDM (Product Data Managment) en PLM (Product Lifecycle Management). Onze klanten zijn actief in life science, high tech, industrail equipment en home & lifestyle

Je werkt vanuit Merelbeke-Melle bij Gent.

Dit ga je doen

· Identificeren van ontwikkelingsmogelijkheden bij onze klanten/prospecten en het creëren van een vertrouwensrelatie met hen.

· Luisteren naar de vragen. De behoeften van onze contacten begrijpen om de beste oplossing en ondersteuning te kunnen voorstellen.

· De verkoopcyclus beheren vanaf het eerste contact tot aan de overeenkomst en ondertekening van een contract: adviserende verkoop, opstellen van offertes, verkoopopvolging.

· Organisatie van eigen activiteiten om te zorgen dat binnenkomende opportuniteiten goed worden opgevolgd en eigen klanten-/prospectenportefeuille proactief wordt bewerkt.

· Interne en externe resources motiveren die je nodig hebt om eigen projecten te ontwikkelen.

· Continu voeling houden met de markt.

· Alle activiteiten rapporteer in onze CRM-tool (Sales Force).

· Je hebt een hogere opleiding als professioneel bachelor in een commerciële of technische richting

· Je hebt 2 tot 6 jaar relevante werkervaring

· Je kan luisteren en flexibel inspelen op klantenvragen

· Je bent oplossingsgericht en toont initiatief

· Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid om de administratieve flow correct af te ronden
