Voor onze klant, Like Brands gaan we exclusief op zoek naar een gedreven en resultaatgerichte Field Account Manager België om ons team te versterken.

Als Field Account Manager voor de Cash & Carry-afdeling ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen en onderhouden van sterke relaties met onze klanten binnen deze specifieke markt

Jouw taken?

  • Opbouwen en onderhouden van langdurige relaties met klanten binnen de Cash & Carry-kanalen;
  • Identificeren en ontwikkelen van nieuwe verkoopkansen en markten om de bedrijfsgroei te stimuleren;
  • Proactief beheren van accounts, waaronder het onderhandelen over prijzen, het afsluiten van contracten en het oplossen van eventuele problemen;
  • Analyseren van verkoopgegevens en markttrends om strategieën te ontwikkelen die de omzet en winstgevendheid vergroten;
  • Op de hoogte blijven van de concurrentie en marktontwikkelingen om een voorsprong te behouden in de etnische Cash & Carry-industrie;
  • Samenwerken met interne teams, zoals marketing en logistiek, om klantbehoeften effectief te vervullen en de klanttevredenheid te waarborgen.

Weet je niet goed wat Cash & Carry betekent? Zoek het dan zeker op! Maar we lichten een tipje van de sluier op: in een Cash & Carry punt kunnen bedrijven (bv. nachtwinkels) met een BTW-nummer grote inkopen doen. Deze inkopen verkopen zij op hun beurt door aan particulieren (bezoekers van hun day/nightshop). Naast de klassieke day/nightshops, zijn er ook veel etnische klanten.

Profiel?

  • Je hebt een bachelor werk- en denkniveau;
  • Ervaring in een soortgelijke FMCG verkoopfunctie waarbij je op de baan ging als vertegenwoordiger, bij voorkeur binnen de Cash & Carry-omgeving en/of etnische voedingsindustrie;
  • Uitstekende communicatie- en onderhandelingsvaardigheden, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk;
  • Sterke analytische vaardigheden en het vermogen om gegevens te interpreteren om strategische beslissingen te nemen;
  • Resultaatgericht en in staat om doelen te stellen en te behalen;
  • Uitstekende organisatorische vaardigheden en het vermogen om prioriteiten te stellen in een dynamische omgeving;
  • Vloeiende beheersing van het Nederlands, Frans en Engels, andere talen zijn een pluspunt in de etnische wereld.
