Arbeitszeit: 38,5 h pro Woche

Deine Aufgaben

* Pflege und Entwicklung bestehender Kundenbeziehungen

* Gewinnung neuer Kund*innen und Ausbau des Vertriebsgebiets

* Du begeisterst Menschen, baust echtes Vertrauen auf und findest Lösungen, die im Alltag einfach funktionieren.

* Präsentation und Verkauf der hollu Lösungen vor Ort

* Individuelle Beratung mit Fokus auf nachhaltige Kundenlösungen mit Systemgedanken im B2B Bereich

* Aktives Steuern und Erreichen von Verkaufs- und Umsatzzielen

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Innendienst und weiteren Fachabteilungen - gemeinsam sorgt ihr für begeisterte Kund*innen.

Fühlt sich das richtig für dich an?

Was du mitbringst

* Vertriebserfahrung im Außendienst von Vorteil, sowie Begeisterung für den Verkauf im B2B Bereich (Quereinstieg ist grundsätzlich möglich)

* Du kommunizierst auf Augenhöhe und bringst Verhandlungen souverän zum Abschluss.

* Mit einer strukturierten und selbstständigen Arbeitsweise hältst du deine Ziele konsequent im Fokus.

* Mit viel Eigenmotivation und Begeisterung für den Beziehungsaufbau überzeugst du im täglichen Kontakt.

* Reisen im Vertriebsgebiet gehört für dich dazu - genauso wie der persönliche Austausch mit unseren Kund*innen vor Ort.

Es gilt der Kollektivvertrag Handel mit der Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung.
