Arbeitszeit: 38,5 h pro Woche

Im Zuge einer Pensionierung suchen wir für das Bundesland Salzburg eine engagierte Persönlichkeit, die bestehende Kund*innen aus Hotellerie und Gastronomie betreut, langfristige Partnerschaften weiter ausbaut, neue Kund*innen gewinnt und das Vertriebsgebiet aktiv weiterentwickelt.

Dein optimaler Wohnort liegt im Raum Saalfelden, Maria Alm und Leogang.

Dein Aufgabenbereich

* Pflege bestehender Kund*innenbeziehungen und Ausbau des eigenen Netzwerks

* Gewinnung neuer Kund*innen im Vertriebsgebiet

* Erkennen von Potenzialen und Entwicklung passender Lösungen für unterschiedliche Anforderungen

* Vorstellung und Beratung zu unseren Produkten, Dienstleistungen und Systemlösungen

* Begleitung von Kund*innen von der ersten Anfrage bis zur langfristigen Zusammenarbeit

* Eigenverantwortliche Planung und Organisation der Vertriebsaktivitäten im Verkaufsgebiet

* Vertrauensvolle Zusammenarbeit mit Kolleg*innen aus Innendienst und Fachbereichen

Was du mitbringst

* Erfahrung im Vertrieb, idealerweise im Außendienst, ist von Vorteil. Auch Quereinsteiger*innen mit Interesse am Verkauf sind herzlich willkommen.

* Freude und Begeisterung an der Zusammenarbeit mit Kund*innen und an der Entwicklung passender Lösungen.

* Professionelle Kommunikation und Verhandlungsgeschick im geschäftlichen Umfeld.

* Strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise mit einem guten Gespür für Prioritäten.

* Eigeninitiative und Motivation, Aufgaben selbstständig voranzutreiben.

* Reisebereitschaft innerhalb des Verkaufsgebiets sowie Freude am persönlichen Kund*innenkontakt.

* Interesse daran, langfristige Geschäftsbeziehungen aufzubauen und weiterzuentwickeln.

* Sehr gute MS Office Kenntnisse

* Branchenkenntnisse in der Hotellerie und Gastronomie sowie ein bestehendes Netzwerk sind von Vorteil

Es gilt der Kollektivvertrag Handel mit der Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung.
