Außendienstmitarbeiter Vertrieb (m/w/d) - Für Technisches Schuhwerk / Schwerpunkt Feuerwehr

Als Hersteller von hoch technischem Sicherheitsschuhwerk für die Bereiche Feuerwehr, Rettungsdienst, Polizei und Militär ist die Stumpp & Baier GmbH international präsent. Wir sind ein mittelständiges Familienunternehmen am Standort Heidenau bei Dresden.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Vertriebsteams suchen wir eine engagierte Vertriebspersönlichkeit, die eigenständig handelt, Chancen erkennt und unser Feuerwehrgeschäft erfolgreich weiterentwickelt.

Das Vertriebsgebiet umfasst zunächst die Südhälfte Deutschlands sowie Österreich und die Schweiz – alternativ Ostdeutschland und Österreich. Im Zuge unseres weiteren Wachstums setzen wir die Bereitschaft voraus, perspektivisch auch größere oder zusätzliche Gebiete zu übernehmen.

Ihre Aufgaben

Sie entwickeln unser Feuerwehrgeschäft systematisch weiter und werden an klar definierten, ambitionierten und realistischen Vertriebszielen gemessen. Dazu gehört:

- Aktive Neukundengewinnung und Ausbau unseres Feuerwehrgeschäfts - Betreuung von Berufsfeuerwehren, Handelspartnern und weiteren relevanten Endkunden - Eigenständige Entwicklung und Bearbeitung Ihres Vertriebsgebiets - Erkennen und konsequentes Nutzen von Umsatzpotenzialen - Unterstützung und vertriebliche Begleitung der Außendienstteams unserer Handelspartner - Kundenbesuche und Entwicklung passender Vertriebsmaßnahmen - Beobachtung von Markt und Wettbewerb - Aufbau langfristiger und erfolgreicher Kundenbeziehungen

Ihr Profil

- Mindestens drei Jahre nachweislich erfolgreiche Berufserfahrung im Vertriebsaußendienst - Hohe Eigeninitiative, Abschlussstärke und klare Ergebnisorientierung - Gute Kenntnisse der deutschen Feuerwehrstruktur sind von Vorteil, idealerweise aus vertrieblicher Sicht; alternativ oder ergänzend ist Erfahrung im Vertrieb von Verbrauchs- oder Gebrauchsgütern wünschenswert - Freude daran, Kunden und Vertriebspartner für anspruchsvolle und funktionale Produkte zu begeistern - Hervorragende Deutschkenntnisse und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse - Hohe Reisebereitschaft, Flexibilität und eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise
