Wir verstärken unser Team in Markt Piesting (Wiener Neustadt Land) und suchen ab sofort Mitarbeiter (w/m/d) für die Position 1 Vertriebsassistent/in oder Technisch(er)e Sachbearbeiter/in IHRE SPANNENDEN AUFGABEN:

Angebotserstellung:

Sie erstellen individuelle Angebote auf Basis von Kundenanfragen und internen Vorgaben. Dabei

achten Sie auf eine präzise Kalkulation, die Berücksichtigung relevanter Preis- und Rabattstrukturen sowie eine

transparente und kundenorientierte Kommunikation.

Ansprechpartner für Kunden und interne Abteilungen:

Als Schnittstelle zwischen Kund_innen, Vertrieb und Logistik beantworten Sie Anfragen zu laufenden Aufträgen, bearbeiten Änderungswünsche und klären offene Fragen - immer mit einem klaren Fokus auf Kundenzufriedenheit.

Unterstützung des Vertriebsteams:

Sie unterstützen das Außendienstteam durch die Bereitstellung von notwendigen Informationen und arbeiten eng mit den Kolleg_innen zusammen, um eine reibungslose Kommunikation und Abwicklung sicherzustellen.

Auftragsüberwachung und Nachverfolgung:

Sie behalten den Status der Aufträge stets im Blick, koordinieren Liefertermine und gewährleisten eine zeitnahe Bearbeitung. Dabei informieren Sie unsere Kund_innen proaktiv über den aktuellen Stand ihrer Bestellungen.

Dokumentation und Reporting:

Sie erstellen regelmäßig Berichte zu den laufenden Aufträgen und unterstützen das Vertriebsmanagement mit aussagekräftigen Auswertungen zur Auftragslage und Kundenzufriedenheit.

IHR ÜBERZEUGENDES PROFIL

* Sie besitzen eine technische Ausbildung (HTL, Fachschule, Lehre, etc.)

* Sie arbeiten routiniert am PC und beherrschen MS-Office und SAP

* Sie sind eigenverantwortlich, selbstständig und ein_e zuverlässige_r Teamplayer_in

* Sie verfügen der Tätigkeit entsprechend notwendige Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (Wort und Schrift)

* Sie sind bereit für gelegentliche Dienstreisen (Kundenbesuche)

* Sie besitzen im Idealfall bereits Erfahrung im Bereich Vertrieb und/oder im Bereich Antriebstechnik
