Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in Wr. Neudorf suchen wir 1 Vertriebsassistenz / Sachbearbeiter_in / Bürokauffrau_Bürokaufmann / Disponent_in (m/w/x) Vollzeit

Aufgabengebiete

* Telefonzentrale (Entgegennahme, Datenaufnahme und Weiterverarbeitung von Kundenanliegen)

* Angebotsbearbeitung

* Einteilen der Wartungs- und Störungstechniker (Termineinteilung und Koordination)

* Telefon und allgemeine Bürotätigkeiten

* Fakturierung von Service- und Reparaturrechnungen

* Erstellung von Kostenvoranschlägen

* Ausstellen von Prüfbücher und Dokus

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung als Bürokauffrau_Bürokaufmann / Sachbearbeiter_in (m/w/d)

* Freude am Umgang mit Kund_innen

* Einsatzbereitschaft, Teamorientierung und eine eigenständige Arbeitsweise sind für Sie selbstverständlich

* Kommunikationsfähigkeit

* Organisationstalent

* EDV-Kenntnisse Microsoft Office

* Ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis

* Deutschkenntnisse dem Arbeitsplatz entsprechend ab Niveau C1

* Teamfähigkeit, hohe Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit
