Your tasks

* Aktive Mitarbeit in unserem internationalen Vertriebsteam

* Prüfung und Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen und Ausschreibungsunterlagen

* Bearbeitung von Präqualifizierungen als Lieferant oder Projektpartner

* Erstellung und Nachverfolgung von Angeboten für kleinere Projekte

* Administrative und organisatorische Unterstützung des Vertriebsleiters

* Auftragsanlage und Abwicklung mittels ERP-System

* Kaufmännische Betreuung der Projekte in der Abwicklung

* Schriftliche und telefonische Kommunikation mit Kunden, Lieferanten und Partnern

* Unterstützung bei Marketing- und Vertriebsaktivitäten, beispielsweise bei Messen und Veranstaltungen

Your profile

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung

* Idealerweise mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst oder in einer vergleichbaren Position

* Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Weitere Fremdsprachenkenntnisse von Vorteil

* Strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise

* Hohe Lernbereitschaft sowie Offenheit für neue Herausforderungen

* Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, ERP-Erfahrung von Vorteil

* Teamfähigkeit und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke
