In dieser abwechslungsreichen Position übernehmen Sie eigenverantwortlich die Betreuung von Kund:innen und unterstützen die reibungslose Abwicklung der Vertriebsprozesse. 1 Vertriebsinnendienst (m/w/d) im technischen Industriebereich Wien 1220, - Vollzeit

Ihre Aufgaben

* Eigenständige Betreuung und kompetente Beratung bestehender Kund:innen

* Bearbeitung und Koordination von Kundenanfragen und Aufträgen

* Abklärung, Planung und Anlage von Aufträgen im System

* Erstellung und Pflege von Preislisten sowie Durchführung von Preisabschlüssen im vorgegebenen Rahmen

* Kontrolle und Bearbeitung von Fakturen

* Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Mahnvorschlägen

* Unterstützung bei der Bedarfsplanung sowie Erstellung und Aufbereitung von Auswertungen

* Organisation und Koordination der Versandadministration

* Mitwirkung bei Vertriebs- und Marketingaktivitäten

* Aufnahme und Weiterleitung von Produktanforderungen an die zuständigen Fachbereiche

* Laufende Pflege und Aktualisierung von Kundeninformationen und Produktdaten

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Abteilungen zur Sicherstellung einer reibungslosen Auftragsabwicklung

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische und/oder technische Ausbildung, z. B. HAK, HAS, HTL oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

* Erste Berufserfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst, Customer Service oder in der Kundenbetreuung - idealerweise in einem technischen oder industriellen Umfeld

* Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung

* organisatorische Fähigkeiten und eine strukturierte, genaue Arbeitsweise

* Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel

* Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen von Vorteil

* Kommunikationsfähige Deutschkenntnisse und sichere Englischkenntnisse

* Technisches Interesse und die Bereitschaft, sich in produktspezifische Themen einzuarbeiten

* Bruttomonatsgehalt ab € 3.500 - je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung ist eine entsprechende Anpassung vorgesehen
