Die Röhrbacher DSO-Line GmbH ist seit über 30 Jahren Spezialist für Lösungen in der Energieversorgung und Mittelspannungstechnik. Als Teil der internationalen DSO-Line ENSTO Gruppe betreuen wir Energieversorger, Industrieunternehmen und Fachfirmen in ganz Österreich. Aufgrund unseres erfolgreichen Wachstums suchen wir eine engagierte Verstärkung für unseren Vertriebsinnendienst.

Deine Aufgaben

Als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden, Technik, Einkauf und Vertrieb übernimmst du folgende Tätigkeiten:

* Kundenbetreuung per Telefon und E-Mail

* Erstellung von Angeboten sowie Bearbeitung von Aufträgen und Bestellungen

* Koordination von Lieferungen, Terminen und Projekten

* Unterstützung des Außendienstes

* Kommunikation mit Lieferanten und Herstellern

* Pflege von Kunden- und Artikeldaten im ERP-System

Wichtig: Unsere Produkte sind technisch anspruchsvoll. Das notwendige Fachwissen vermitteln wir dir umfassend. Lernbereitschaft und Interesse an Technik sind jedoch Voraussetzung.

Dein Profil

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung (HTL, HAK, Lehre oder vergleichbar) oder entsprechende Berufserfahrung

* Interesse an Elektrotechnik bzw. Energietechnik

* Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, ERP-Erfahrung von Vorteil

* Freude am Kundenkontakt

* Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse (mind. B1)

* Selbstständige, strukturierte und genaue Arbeitsweise

* Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit

Gehalt

Das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt beträgt € 2.362 brutto pro Monat auf Vollzeitbasis. Wir bieten ein Mindestgehalt von € 2.400 brutto pro Monat, mit Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung abhängig von Qualifikation und Erfahrung.
