1 Vertriebsmitarbeiter_in Außendienst Unser Partner ist ein familiengeführtes Unternehmen der Sanitär-, Heizungs- und Installationsbranche mit über 800 Mitarbeitenden.

Gesucht wird ab sofort ein:e Vertriebsmitarbeiter:in im Außendienst für das Verkaufsgebiet Passau/Obertraubling und das südliche Oberbayern. Du bist überwiegend direkt beim Kunden vor Ort unterwegs und arbeitest flexibel rund um den Kunden, denn hier wird nicht pünktlich um 17 Uhr der Stift fallen gelassen. Das Unternehmen ist nicht der günstigste Anbieter, sondern der mit dem besten Service, und das lässt sich im Vertrieb gut argumentieren.

Arbeitszeit: Vollzeit, 38,5 Stunden/Woche, flexible Selbsteinteilung, Montag bis Donnerstag langer Tag, Freitag kurzer Tag

Vergütung: All-in-Vertrag zuzüglich Leistungsprämien, Details im persönlichen Gespräch

Deine Aufgaben

* Vertrieb im Außendienst im Verkaufsgebiet Passau/Obertraubling und südliches Oberbayern

* Betreuung und Beratung von Kund:innen überwiegend direkt vor Ort

* Führung von Verkaufsgesprächen und Kundenberatung

* Teilnahme an Kundenveranstaltungen

Dein Profil

* Entsprechende Deutschkenntnisse für Kundenberatung und Verkaufsgespräche

* Führerschein Klasse B

* Berufserfahrung in der Sanitär-, Heizungs- und Installationsbranche

* Digitale Affinität

* Flexibilität rund um den Kunden und für Veranstaltungen (kein starres Arbeitsende um 17 Uhr)

* Von Vorteil: Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb, Kenntnisse in Microsoft Dynamics und gute telefonische Erreichbarkeit
