Die Hoenle UV Disinfection GmbH mit Sitz in Mauterndorf (Salzburg) ist Teil der international tätigen Hoenle AG (Business Unit UV Disinfection), einem führenden ANbieter von UVC-Technologien zur chemiefreien Desinfektion von Luft, Wasser und Oberflächen. Unsere Systeme kommen weltweit in anspruchsvollen Industrien zum Einsatz: Lebensmittel & Getränke, Molkerei, Pharma & Healthcare sowie Wasseraufbereitung. Engagierte Mitarbeiter_innen sind die Basis unseres Erfolgs.

Daher suchen wir für die Betreuung und den Ausbau unserer Kundenbasis innerhalb Österreichs und Deutschlands eine_n 1 Vertriebsmitarbeiter_in UVC-Desinfektion AT und DE Vollzeit

IHRE AUFGABEN

* Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung und Entwicklung von Industriekunden in Deutschland (Direkt- und Kanalvertrieb)

* Gewinnung von Neukunden in den Zielbranchen

* Technische Beratung auf Augenhöhe: von der Anforderungsanalyse bis zur Systemauslegung

* Durchführung von Produktdemonstrationen, Pilotinstallationen und Anwenderschulungen

* Vorbereitung und Führung von Verhandlungen bis auf Entscheiderebene (Werksleitung, Qualitätssicherung), C-Level

* Erstellung von Angeboten inkl. ROI- und TCO-Argumentation

* Pflege und Dokumentation der Vertriebsaktivitäten im CRM

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem internationalen BU-Team und dem Produktmanagement

IHR PROFIL

* Mindestens 3 Jahre Vertriebserfahrung im technischen Außendienst, idealerweise in der Prozessindustrie

* Branchenkenntnisse in Lebensmittel & Getränke, Pharma oder Wasseraufbereitung von großem Vorteil

* Abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung; Hochschulstudium (Ingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen) bevorzugt

* Grundkenntnisse in Mikrobiologie oder Hygienetechnik von Vorteil

* Sicheres Auftreten auf Management-Ebene sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsstärke

* Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise mit klarer Ergebnisorientierung

* Verhandlungssicheres Englisch (Arbeitssprache im internationalen Team)

* Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Deutschlands oder darüber hinaus

* Erfahrung mit CRM-Systemen (Microsoft Dynamics 365 von Vorteil)
