IHRE AUFGABEN

* Betreuung unserer Geschäftskunden in Wien

* Aktive Kundenansprache insbesondere im Außendienst

* Regelmäßiger telefonischer und persönlicher Kundenkontakt mit dem Ziel, die langfristige Kundenbindung zu forcieren

* Steigerung der Kundenzufriedenheit

* Information der Kunden über neue Produkte, Bestellmöglichkeiten

* Ordentliche Dokumentation der Kundenkontakte (Besuchsberichte, CRM, Gesprächsnotizen, ..)

* Abschluss von Verkaufsverträgen (Tagesgeschäft und Rahmenverträge), bei Unklarheiten

IHR PROFIL

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische und/oder technische Ausbildung

* Branchenkenntnisse (Dachdecker, Spengler oder Zimmerer) von Vorteil

* Service- und Lösungsorientiert

* Strukturierte Arbeitsweise

* Unternehmerisches Denken

* Kenntnisse in der Anwendung von ERP-Systemen

* Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office Anwendungen

* Freude am Umgang mit Kunden und Kollegen

Wir sind dazu verpflichtet darauf hinzuweisen, dass das kollektivvertragliche Brutto Mindestgehalt für diese Position bei € 2.986,00 (KV-Handel, Gruppe E) liegt. Die tatsächliche Entlohnung hängt von Ihrer persönlichen Qualifikation und Erfahrung ab.
